FAUNA
I have grouped all living things that are not plants together in this collection. I beleive that all Life on this planet is connected (plants included) and we are not seperate from other creatures - just formed differently.
We all have the right to exist, each with a knowledge unique from each other. Human knowledge is not better than that of other creatures, just different. An Elk, Raven, or Moth posses knowledge we do not even know about let alone comprehend. Our diversity is something to respect and celebrate.

Figures & Faces
Photographing people is not something that comes naturally to me. Only when I am able to connect with someone, do I feel comfortable making a photo of them. It can be a vulnerable experience that requires trust on both sides of the camera.

Wildlife
My process and equiptment do not facilitate the speedy capture of animals in Nature. Most animals I am able to photograph are habituated to humans, extremely slow moving, or dead.

What Remains
Just as there is infinite beauty in the living, ​I also see it in the physical form of creatures whose souls have left their bodies. Although the remains can be off-putting to some, I find them fascinating for the beauty still held within.
